# BodyCommit

> Move while your agent codes.

BodyCommit is a free VS Code and Cursor extension for 60-second movement breaks during long coding sessions and while AI agents work. Breaks are stretching, mini workouts (including jumping jacks), and breathing. The prompt waits for a natural pause: an agent run, a build, a test run, or a gap when you are not typing. It does not interrupt mid-flow. Skip and snooze are always available.
