A coding session used to break when you decided it should. Now a lot of the waiting is the agent's. The model is editing files, the tests are running, the build has the CPU. Your hands are free, and your eyes are still glued to the diff.
BodyCommit uses that gap. It watches for a long stretch at the keyboard and for moments when an AI agent, a build, or a test run is doing the work. Then it asks, once, whether you want sixty seconds. Shoulder rolls. A few squats. Jumping jacks if the room allows. Four slow breaths if it doesn't.
The rule that matters is the one that is easy to get wrong: never mid-flow. If you are typing, the prompt waits. If you hit Skip, that is the end of the conversation until the next natural pause. Snooze is fifteen minutes, not a guilt counter.
The tone is a teammate, not a trainer. Instructions are plain and numbered. The exercise itself is not a joke. One git pun in a status line is plenty. Nothing here claims to fix a body, and nothing scolds you for staying in the chair.
The extension is free and still on its way to the Marketplace. Pro, later, is the full library and custom programs, at about €4 a month or €45 a year. Checkout is not connected yet. If you want the install link when it exists, the waitlist on this site is the list.
